Holy Hormones Honey! This is a show worth listening to – a show where science and spirituality meet over women’s body’s and souls. Gerard Migeon of Natural Womanhood and Vicki Thorn of National Office of Post-Abortion Healing and Reconciliation shared tremendous wisdom and insight into the true role and value that women have in relation to this forced false reality we are living in. The more you think about it… the more you think about it. Sigh.
Interview is archived here and on The Liberty Beacon Town Crier.

“The State of Natural Womanhood & The Pill – A Dichotomy?”
7 pm ET – 4 pm PT
I am not sure if many of you remember the great Carol King classic “You Make Me Feel Like a Natural Woman,” I can hear the melody as I post this. Natural womanhood was part of the 70’s. We were starting to eat organic – develop sustainable gardening practices and communities… but how much did we forfeit when we gave up our natural body’s so that we could have sex – when and where we wanted? Birth control gave women so much freedom and protected unwanted babies from entering the world.
There are so many articles coming down the pike about the severe adverse reactions to synthetic hormone contraceptives… and yet we are putting teen girls on these LARCs (long-acting reversible contraceptives) at the tender age of 12 and 13 without parental knowledge and or informed consent.
Have the pill and other synthetic hormone contraceptives paved the way for the state to own our daughters’ body’s?
Do we even know what it is like to be a natural woman any longer? For that matter do we care? Unfortunately, those families whose daughters have died or who have suffered and adverse injury to birth control…are the one’s who are beginning to wake up.
The real question is – what has birth control done to our body? There are some who feel, that synthetic hormones have altered the state of our natural hormones. Autoimmunity is increasing in young women, miscarriages and stillbirths are increasing because of autoimmune diseases and now I have read articles about hormone allergies and progesterone and estrogen intolerance. Are women really becoming allergic to their own hormones?
MedicalDaily recently reported that synthetic hormones weaken immunity – especially vaginal immunity making women more susceptible to STI’s. (I will be posting that article soon.)
And an article that appeared in the Huff Post earlier in this year suggests that birth control may actually alter brain structure.
Maybe it is time to re-evaluate our choices.
“What is the true nature of the bargain a woman makes with Mother Nature when she intervenes to prevent nature from running its course?” ~ Leonard Schlain, author of Sex Time and Power – How Women’s Sexuality Shaped Human Evolution.
Maybe it is time to stop relying on chemicals to control fertility and to start listening to our body.
Gerard Migeon is the co-founder and CEO of Natural Womanhood, a non-profit dedicated to improving women’s health literacy through the promotion of fertility awareness. Gerard offers twenty five years’ experience in international marketing management, including five years in Europe. His background includes healthcare and non-profit marketing as well as marketing research. Director of Marketing for a non-profit children’s hospital in the past 6 years, he previously conducted marketing research projects in various industries. Gerard is a graduate from the French business school Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris.
Natural Womanhood is the most far-reaching women’s health literacy program since the Pill. We exist because many women are harmed by or at risk from the use of contraceptives, and most don’t know they have a viable alternative.
Natural Womanhood is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the promotion of fertility charting, as a way to promote disease prevention, self-knowledge, relational intimacy, and effective family planning.
We have started in San Antonio, Texas, and plan to expand statewide and nationally as soon as we can. Natural Womanhood helps young women and couples regardless of their income, ethnicity, or religion.
