The Many Moods of Men

Holy Hormones Journal: Men suffer as much as women from mood swings.  Yet we hardly ever talk about it – and in some ways their emotional shifts are The_Many_Moods_of_Stick_Man_by_StickManJr smaccepted as a normal part of their behavior. But that does not mean men are happy.  In many ways, they too are imprisoned not only by their hormones, but even more frightening cultural stigmas. Men do not feel that they can talk about their depression, anxiety, inability to control their emotion – or their violent outbreaks. All of these behaviors are the result of neural wiring in the frontal lobe of the brain – and once again, the messages carried by the hormones to different parts of the body.

Trauma, stress, PTSD, concussions, grief, loss – all interfere with the hormone messages and the brain’s communication systems.

As I have mentioned before – the brain can create new neural pathways given the right tools.  One of those tools is available through Q Sciences. The company offers a Qssential pack for men for hormone balance.

This is the first part in a series of articles that Avi is writing on “Mood Swings in Men.”  She is on the right track. I highly recommend you follow the thread.

In many cases it is said that women go through hormonal imbalances generally during their monthly menstrual cycles, menopausal period and pregnancy. It is said that only the fairer section is more prone to mood swings. But does this mean that men do not have mood swings at all? Yes, men also have mood swings and there are many causes of mood swings in men.
The principle reason of mood swings in men is same as that of the reason of mood swings in women, which is hormonal imbalance.
Hormonal Imbalances – A imbalance hormonal secretion is not just with a woman, men also face the same problem but the occurrence is less as compares with women. Men have hormonal changes and imbalances every two to three months. This hormonal change and imbalance is a major cause of mood swings in men. Men lose the ability to think straight and practical in this period and act like women do. They are unsure of their feelings and many times end up regretting their behaviour in this phase. sometimes men also become over emotional because of the mood swings and have no idea why they tend to be happy at a certain moment and become sad the very next moment.
