Holy Hormones Journal: Endocrine health – actually neuro-endocrine-immune health is crucial to body functioning. Those three systems are governed by hormones that carry chemical messages based on circadian rhythms. If women’s physiology was included in the health care model this would be have known years ago. They should have asked/included women? We would be able to explain low points and high points – fluctuating body cycles – time of greater immunity and when our immune system declines like during the paramenstrum and the waning moon phase. Not rocket science people. This is what happens when 1/2 of the population is diminished.
“To change the calendar is to change history itself…If we choose the 13 Moon Calendar, the species will operate by a 28-day cycle which is the female biological cycle. We will pace our daily lives by a perpetual calendar that will release the mind into the telepathic norms that are a property of the universal 13:20 timing frequency. We will find that this tool synchronizes the lunar and other world calendars according to a mathematical harmony previously unknown. And released into an entirely different state of consciousness we will soon realize technologies that are mental rather than material in nature. A new synchronic order of human life will unify the planet.
“Is a calendar something more than a tool for scheduling the payment of debts (calends) or is it an instrument of synchronization? The harmony or disharmony of time is a profound matter rooted in the instrument of time reckoning that we use. There can be little question that we live more in a time of chaos than of harmony. We may also say in regard to the effect of standards of measure on the mind, that the chaos of the time is embedded in the calendar we use. If we are to leave this time of chaos and enter a time of harmony, then we must change the instrument in which the chaos is embedded for an instrument that is the very model of harmony – the 13 Moon, 28 day count.
“The Gregorian calendar, the current global civil standard is indeed the foundation in time of globalization…Only a species whose time sensibility had been captured by instruments of artificial measure could have become so alienated as to have produced the monstrous conundrum known as the ‘fast world,’ a civilization where money and technological advance prevail over human sensibility and the natural order. It is to the correction of this destructive momentum that all efforts of calendar reform must now be directed.”
So if we are living with a calendar – a false sense of time is it any wonder that our biological clocks are off? And for women our female physiology skewed. The shift to the Gregorian Calendar happened in 1582. That is when women and their power and knowledge were officially extinguished
How Body Clock Affects Inflammation: Discovery Could Accelerate Body’s Response to Infection, Autoimmune Disorders
Nov. 7, 2013
UT Southwestern Medical Center researchers report that disrupting the light-dark cycle of mice increased their susceptibility to inflammatory disease, indicating that the production of a key immune cell is controlled by the body’s circadian clock.
The study published in the Nov. 8 edition of Science identifies a previously hidden pathway by which the body’s circadian clock controls the numbers of key inflammatory cells called interleukin-17-producing CD4+ T helper cells (TH17). The work could lead to new ways to rev up the body’s immune response to infection or dampen that response in the case of autoimmune diseases in which the body attacks its own tissues, said senior author Dr. Lora Hooper, Professor of Immunology and Microbiology and a Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) Investigator.
Co-authors include Neuroscience Chair and HHMI Investigator Dr. Joseph Takahashi, whose discovery of the mouse and human clock genes led to a description of a conserved circadian clock mechanism in animals. The lead author is Xiaofei Yu, an Immunology student in the UT Southwestern Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
“Virtually all life forms on Earth undergo physiological and behavioral changes on a 24-hour daily, or circadian, cycle in accordance with the changes in natural light. Human beings are no exception. Many of our physiological processes, such as eating and sleeping, vary dramatically between day and night. Such processes are controlled by a group of proteins, collectively termed the ‘circadian clock,’ which function together in individual cells, capturing light cues from the visual and nervous systems and using these cues to regulate gene expression,” explained Dr. Hooper, who holds appointments in the Center for the Genetics of Host Defense and the Cancer Immunobiology Center.
Although the circadian clock is known to regulate metabolism and sleep-wake cycles, little was known about whether the circadian clock also regulates the immune system, the body’s defense against infectious viruses and bacteria, she said.
