Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Obama Administration’s Department Gardasil doseof Health and Human Services (HHS) to obtain records related to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), a program that compensates patients who have been adversely affected by certain vaccines, including Gardasil, the vaccine for the sexually transmitted disease human papillomavirus
Leslie Carol Botha: Vaccinating girls at the most fragile time of their life – menarche – (time of first menstruation) is dangerous. PERIOD. There are reports of girls in Australia who have experienced premature menopause – another Australian girl died of ovarian Cancer (the most rarest form) at age 14 – and there are girls in the U.S in their teens with ovarian problems. Women in their 20′s and early 30′s ready to start families have been told their eggs have atrophied – post Gardasil vaccination.
The stamp could not overcome all barriers to HPV vaccination. Rut reported that 54% of the women or girls refused the vaccine, even after counseling. “We were told numerous times that the girls who refused had seen a YouTube video purportedly showing a girl disabled by the vaccine. We have no way of knowing if the film clip is genuine, but we know it is keeping many of our patients from getting the vaccination,” she said.
According to government health authorities, medical ‘experts,’ and the pharmaceutical industry adverse events after vaccinations are extremely rare. The attitude of these organizations toward individuals who do experience an adverse reaction to vaccines was recently summed up quite clearly in an article titled, The Value of Life, Statistically Speaking by Rick Jones, CFO magazine which stated:
“Inoculating children to prevent infectious disease transmission is good for society from both health and financial perspectives, but some initially healthy children may suffer adverse reactions, injury, or even death. For vaccines, the enormous societal benefits trump the tragedies of the few.”
In other words, those who suffer adverse reactions, injury and even death are viewed as acceptable collateral damage, nothing more than statistics.

The Center for the Biology of Chronic Disease (CBCD) has learned that Merck recently funded a study conducted by Dr. Chun Chao from Kaiser Permanente. USA Today reported: “Study: No link between HPV vaccine and autoimmune disorders” on January 28, 2012. In the opening paragraph, the story says that “The human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine Gardasil does not trigger autoimmune disorders.”
Should the reader believe the report? Is it possible that the researchers, who conducted the study, are biased?
One correction made by the Department of Health is in regard to the Gardasil vaccine, which protects against the human papillomavirus. It remains true that not all the girls received the vaccine, but eight of the original 12 did, according to the report. The department previously had stated that only two of the girls received the vaccine.
