Good workout can stop breast cancer

The Daily TelegraphSydney, Australia  – August 23, 2008YOUNG women who exercise 13 hours a week could lower their risk of breast cancer by up to 25 per cent, research has revealed.

Women will no longer have an excuse not to hit the gym with the latest research showing the earlier a girl becomes active, the lower the risk of breast cancer before menopauseMore…..

However, young women should understand that excercise routines need to fluctuate with their hormone cycle, so as not to put undo stress on their endocrine system.  This is critical to a woman’s long term health and well being.
