12.2.15 drhoppeIt was such a delight to interview this esteemed professional – who is combining her professional education as a doctor with a woman’s perspective on healing the issues at hand. If you think you will be hearing how your libido defines your personality – this is not the interview. If you are interested in getting your libido back (and it all starts in the brain – the motherboard) then Dr. Hoppe will share information on the underlying conditions that affect your sex drive – along with intimacy and a willingness on your partner’s part to be participatory in the “foreplay” that leads up to sex – including but not limited to: putting the kids to bed, romance – a night out, helping with chores. Dr. Hoppe and I also agree that if women increase their level of health – there is no need to us to be popping the pink Viagra pill that is being pushed on ALL women to enhance their sexual drive.

Dr. Diana Hoppe, an obstetrician and gynecologist, is the founder of Amazing Over 40 Inc. (www.amazingover40.com), a health coaching certification program for women. She also is an author and speaker who has been featured on a number of TV shows, including “Dr. Oz.”

After struggling with my own weight, attempting various diet plans and gaining the weight back each time, I decided to start a new diet and wellness program. A program which included cleansing the body of toxins to achieve weight loss and management.

I achieved my weight loss goal of 18 pounds 24 months ago and maintained it ever since. With my knowledge of nutrition, movement and life balance, I knew I needed to teach women how they could get the same results as me.

Recognizing the need for women over 40 to take better care of their health, I developed the Amazing Over 40™ Health Coaching program. Through this program, hundreds of health coaches will be given with tools to help other women transform their health through weight loss maintenance and the implementation of healthy lifestyle.

If you are interested in becoming a health coach – or even if you want to learn more about your own health – then this coaching program may be for you. And you do not have to be over 40 to participate… nor is this limited to just women.

Women’s lives are fuller and richer than ever, but often at the expense of sexual intimacy. Dr. Diana Hoppe demonstrates that a woman’s libido is a reflection of her overall health, and that a healthy sex drive not only indicates a well-balanced life, but sexual intimacy has significant health benefits. Studies show that having a healthy sex life can:

Boost your immune system

Alleviate stress

Promote heart health

Increase longevity

In easy-to-understand text, Dr. Hoppe explains:

The expected life patterns of a woman’s sex drive

How -and why- libido is different in men and women – and what to do about it

Ways- medical, psychological, emotional, sensual – to boost your desire and get – and stay – focused on sexual intimacy
