Leslie Carol Botha: Two years ago, two brothers Ryan and David Richardson stepped up to the plate and offered to do a documentary on Gardasil injuries. Their sister had suffered a reaction to the HPV vaccine which has been touted to prevent cervical cancer. Merck & Co. fast tracked this vaccine through the FDA - even though a 2008 FDA document stated that 73.3% of girls in the clinical trials developed ‘new medical conditions,’ (14 girls died), and in a 2006 VRBPAC document that if a girls was previously exposed to HPV and was vaccinated their risk of getting cervical cancer increased by 44.6%. There is no HPV screening conducted prior to vaccination, and there is no followup protocol in place.
In fact, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists has raised the age requirement to get a pap test to age 21. That means that if a girls is vaccinated at age 9 - she will not have a followup on the vaccine and its effectiveness for 12 years! Now we are seeing reports of abnormal pap smears, cervical dysplasia and cervical cancer in a population of girls ( ages 9 to 26) with a historically low incidence of these abnormalities. But how many hundreds of thousands of girls will never know?
Merck then developed an ‘award winning’ marketing campaign called ‘One Less Girl to get Cervical Cancer‘ - that had every adolescent dancing and singing in their living room in unison with the jingle. Their parent’s listened to their doctors; they trusted their government and they trusted the pharmaceutical companies. They played by the rules. And now they are paying the price for a medical experiment gone bad.
Over $42,000 was raised on Kickstarter to fund the filming of interviews with researchers, doctors, parents and injured girls. Ryan and his brothers spent the entire summer on the road traveling across the US - listening to the heartbreaking stories - as well as getting testimony from the medical experts.

Yes, the film was mysteriously halted as it was closing in on final production days… and the p troducer sadly disappeared.
In order to be front and center on this issue, one has to be protected like the people involved with the Vaxxed movie. They are high profile. Our film project was not protected at all. And the producer was a novice with a noble cause.
I have even been forced to take many steps back on my activism on Gardasil.

I went to a Pediatrician for my sons 11 year old check up. The doctor was encouraging me very strongly to have the HPV vaccine for him. I even was given a hand out with some disturbing pictures of what can happen if you get HPV. I didn’t let me son get the vaccine and the doctor thought he could wait another year. Thanks for the information. I also have two daughters and I’m sure they will want them to vaccinate too.
Hello, Sara K. You can feel proud of yourself that you listened to your instinct about the HPV vaccines for boys and for girls. Too many mothers did not listen to their common sense - had their children vaccinated and are now dealing with sick sons and daughters AND a lot of guilt.
Disturbing pictures - are just that - pictures and they are used as fear tactics. There are many who are beginning to understand that HPV just like many other viruses in our bodies may have a role and a place. And HPV passes through most women’s body’s (90%) w/o incident in less than two years.
The side effects from Gardasil - are long-lasting. Longer than the efficacy of the vaccine. If you are getting pressured by your pediatrician again, please let me know. I can provide information (research and published peer-reviewed studies) that may get him or her to think twice.
